Summary
Masanari Takanashi, an office worker who is sensitive to smells, is so bad at trains that he takes detours and chooses empty lines. One day, unluckily, Takanashi overslept and felt sick in the flood of smells. The person who desperately clings to the back that has a calming scent is “Keiji Ichinose” from the same company. “On the way home from work, shouldn’t I take the train with you?” Gradually, Ichinose is attracted to Takanashi and develops into a physical relationship. On the other hand, Takanashi couldn’t forget a man named “Kou” who was in a relationship with a friend in the past. Ironically, Kou’s and Ichinose’s scent overlaps, and Takanashi’s feelings for Kou become even stronger… What is the fate of the heartrending triangle love story that begins with the scent that the “Proust Effect” draws?
